the location was good and check-in was easy.

I was disappointed that room service was unavailable after 10:45 pm. i expected more from a 4-star hotel in this city (i was forced to order from a fast-food chain). the bathroom's open layout was also not ideal. Only the toilet had a separate door, not clear in the room description.

The breakfast was tasty and offered a good start to the day.

I found the food to be overpriced. I ordered pasta with salmon (it had very little salmon) and a drink, this cost £25 including a service charge I didn't approve. The room felt somewhat tired, needing some updates (I noticed marks on the walls).

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The selection of items exceeded my expectations, with fresh pastries, a variety of fruits, and hot dishes. The hotel's location provided easy access to public transportation and key attractions. The Arndale Centre was only a short walk away. This made shopping and dining convenient.

I noticed some stains on the carpet in my room. This detracted from the otherwise super clean appearance of the room. I hope they resolve this soon!!!

The staff were excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. They accommodated an early check in. They also stored my bags for free after check out. The restaurant staff happily prepared porridge upon request.

i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the location was also very convenient for getting around. the room included a tv with chromecast and a fridge. the front desk provided plates for takeaway food to the room.

i found that the room had an open plan bathroom. seeing into the shower from the bed was not ideal. the toilet was also very small even though there was plenty of floor space in the bathroom area.
